Awards: public recognition

The Lipper Fund Awards or Refinitiv Lipper Fund Awards honour funds that have achieved a consistently high risk-adjusted performance in their respective peer group. Investment companies are also evaluated and awarded according to these criteria. The award ceremony is held annually and is organised for individual countries or financial centres. The analysis firm Lipper and the data provider Refinitiv are the initiators of the awards.

The Scope Awards are presented in various categories by the rating agency of the same name in cooperation with the German Handelsblatt. Awards are conferred to outstanding funds and asset management services as well as the most convincing fund concepts of equity, bond and mixed funds in German-speaking countries.

The €uro FundAwards are presented annually by Münchener Finanzen Verlag. Both funds as well as investment companies and fund managers are honoured by the fund experts from the financial and economic publications €uro, €uro am Sonntag, BÖRSE ONLINE and TiAM FundResearch.

Morningstar Inc., Chicago, is an independent provider of financial information and analysis. Their awards are regarded by many as the most important awards in the fund industry. In cooperation with the financial magazine Cash, the subsidiary Morningstar Switzerland presents the coveted fund awards for Switzerland every year. Awards are given to those Swiss funds and fund companies that – taking into account the risk – have achieved the best performance over an extended period of time.

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) presents this sustainability award. The UN examines how the financial market supports the transformation to a CO₂-neutral economy and awards particularly sustainable yet successful investment funds.

Swiss Sustainable Funds Awards (SSFA) are conferred by the Geneva Forum for Sustainable Investment (GFSI) and the Zurich Forum for Sustainable Investment (ZFSI) in various investment categories. Special prizes are awarded to the best sustainable Swiss and international asset management companies. The jury counts on the proprietary ESG analysis by Conser. This prize was last awarded in 2022.

The European Funds Trophy is presented by the Paris fund analysis firm Fundclass, which awards this trophy to the best fund managers and asset managers in Europe every year.

Since 2016, the SIX Swiss Exchange has honoured ETF issuers and market makers in six categories with ETF Award Tags every year. Among the six award categories is the group of ETFs with the highest turnover.

This fund has been awarded the FNG-Label, the quality standard of sustainable investments. Collective investment schemes with an FNG-Label meet the quality standard of sustainable investments developed for German-speaking regions by the professional association Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen e. V. (FNG).

The fund has been awarded three stars for a particularly demanding and comprehensive sustainability strategy. Besides fulfilling the minimum standard of the FNG-Label, it achieved additional points in the categories «Institutional Credibility», «Product Standards» and «Portfolio Focus» (stock selection, engagement and KPIs), thereby attaining the highest level of the quality standard.

Mountain-View Data is the leading fund and ETF data provider in the DACH region. The company, MVD for short, with three decades of experience in the field of financial data, is internationally regarded as a driving force for greater transparency in the field of portfolio analysis. At the Mountain View Fund Awards, investment funds in different asset classes and categories with the best risk-return ratio over a period of five years are honoured. The categorization focuses on classic investment funds / ETFs , sustainability funds with the strategies climate and environmental protection or responsible investing as well as megatrend such as robotics, disruptive technologies or medtech.
