Stefan Fröhlich has been working in the Asset Management division of Zürcher Kantonalbank in the Overlay Solutions & Systematic Strategies team since March 2020. As Senior Portfolio Manager, he manages active, model-based equity funds and is deputy for the currency overlay mandates. As portfolio manager, he is responsible for the following funds:

Stefan Fröhlich plays a key role in the further development of machine learning models in the currency and equity sectors. Prior to this, he worked for 18 years at Julius Bär Asset Management and GAM as a portfolio manager.

He graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich with a degree in engineering and also holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zurich. He is also a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA/AZEK) and a Series 7 - General Securities Registered Representative (GS).
